摘要
低噪声放大器是微波接收前端的重要组成部分。文章应用LNA设计理论,使用ADS仿真软件,设计和仿真了一个Ku波段的低噪声放大器。该放大器选用Agilent公司的低噪声放大管ATF36077(PHEMT),采用微带分支线匹配结构和两级级联的方式,获得了良好的仿真结果。
Low noise amplifier is an important part as the front end of microwave receiver.In this paper,using ADS,it describes the designs and simulations of a Ku band low noise amplifier by applying the design theory of LNA.The amplifier has a microstrip stub matching structure and a two-stage topology,using Agilent's PHEMT ATF36077.The well simulating results are obtained.
