摘要
分析了针对某型信息化弹药弹上电子产品的可靠性增长试验判别公式,提出了可靠性增长试验中薄弱环节与失效的控制措施,对可靠性改进过程进行了分析,为设计人员工程决策提供了技术支撑。并认为在该型信息化弹药研制过程中,对弹上电子元器件应用6σ理论和技术,将使得质量和成本、管理和技术协调一致,从而推进弹上电子元器件的可靠性增长。
This paper analyze reliability growth test discriminant formula of electronic components on information ammunition,proposes control measures of weak and ineffective in reliability growth test,analyze reliability improvement process,provided technical support for designers engineering decision-making.And in development process of Informatization ammunition.The concept and technique of 6σ applicable to electronic components on information ammunition to improve the reliability growth by balancing between quality and commercil pordnets,which can help to reliability growth.
