摘要
以历史批次检测数据为基础,研究了电子设备验前信息的获取方法,提出了基于收缩估计的验前信息融合技术及多源信息融合方法,在此基础上探讨了电子设备可靠性评估方法并进行了应用分析。结果表明该方法适用于电子设备可靠性状态评估,为实现电子设备潜在故障诊断奠定了技术基础。
Based on the historical batch test data,the acquisition method of prior information on electronic equipment is researched and the fusion method of prior information based on contractive estimation mechanism is proposed.Then,the reliability estimation method of electric equipment is studied and the application analysis is carried on.Finally,the results show that this method is applicable to reliability estimation of electronic equipment and can serve as a reference for realizing reliability judging method of electronic equipment.
