摘要
要走研究型医院发展之路,提高医院的整体临床诊治水平,就必须大力培育研究型科室特别是研究型人才。本文回顾笔者的个人成长经历,谈研究型人才成长的体会。
To build researching hospital and improve the whole clinical medical treatment levels of hospital,cultivating researching department,especially training creative talents is necessary.This article talked about the personal comprehends of the training of creative talents based on personal experience.
