摘要
实行医务处、护理部每日对全院危重患者交接班制度和每周组织职能部门全方位督查医护质量,加强医疗质量的精细化管理,可以及时发现潜在不安全因素,降低医疗风险,确保患者的安全。
The author introduced the main measures of refined medical management,such as shifts duty system of severe and intractable cases by division of medical affairs,nursing department and the functional authority departments,so as to supervise the quality of care in all domains every week.It was important to find out unsafe factors potentially and decrease the medical risks,make sure the patients＇ safety.
