摘要
目的 应用二甲基奶油黄(DAB) 诱发大鼠肝癌,为了观察诱癌过程中大鼠IL- 2 、丙二醛( MDA) 动态变化及其相互关系。方法 在诱发大鼠肝癌的3 个阶段分别取大鼠脾脏和外周血测定IL- 2 活性和丙二醛。结果 肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌期大鼠IL- 2 活性降低,MDA 显著增高,P< 0 .05 或0-01 。肝癌期大鼠IL- 2 活性与MDA 呈负相关。结论 诱发大鼠肝癌过程中,IL- 2 活性逐步降低,MDA 随着病情发展逐步增高,肝癌期IL- 2 活性下降与MDA
Aim In order to observed IL-2 and Malonydialdehyde(MDA) in process of inducing liver carcinoma rats.Method We measured change of serum interleukin 2 of rat’s splenocytes and MDA in serum.Result The results showed that IL-2 in rats with hepatitis cirrosis and liver carcinoma stages decreased significantly,and MDA increased highly P<0.05 or 0.01.IL-2 is negative relative with MDA in liver carcinoma stage.Conclusion IL-2 decreased gradually,but MDA increased in process of inducing liver carcinoma rats by DAB,The IL-2 is related with MDA in liver carcinoma stage.
