病案复印的合理管理

Rational Management of Copying Medical Records in the New Period

目的提高对病案复印重要性认识,加强病案复印管理。方法采用随机原则,抽取2010年3月-2010年8月的复印病历申请单和相关病案首页资料为研究对象。结果主要是由患者本人与家属申请复印,用来报销和了解病情。结论当前病案查询、复印服务需求不断增加,服务对象来源广泛,加强医院病案复印管理,是保护病人隐私,维护医患和谐,保证医疗安全的有效措施。

Objective To recognize the importance of copying medical records in order to improve management.Methods Copying medical records applications and relevant first page data from Mar.2010 to Aug.2010 were selected with random principles.Results Copying medical records was applied by patients themselves and their families generally,mainly for reimbursement and learning disease.Conclusion The inquiry and duplication of medical records gradually increase,with extensive population,improvement of copying medical records is one of effective measures to protect patients＇privacy,maintain harmonious doctor-patient relationship and ensure medical safety.
