垂体腺瘤术后水钠代谢紊乱的临床分析 被引量:2

Clinical Analysis of Water and Natrium Metabolism Turbulence Following Pituitary Adenoma Surgery

摘要 目的探讨垂体腺瘤术后并发尿崩症和低钠血症的临床特点及处理方法,以及时发现和对症处理,提高垂体腺瘤的术后治疗水平。方法回顾性总结近10年来收治的305例垂体腺瘤手术患者的临床资料,统计分析出现水钠代谢紊乱的发生和治疗情况。结果在305例患者中,有69例术后出现尿崩症,其中一半的患者在一周内得到控制,90%的患者在术后3个月内恢复。42例术后出现低钠血症,多数患者1周内恢复正常。结论术后每日检测血钠并观察尿量变化并根据其变化进行正确处理,与手术本身具有同样的重要性,是患者获得良好疗效的关键。 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment principles of diabetes insipidus and hyponatremia secondary to pituitary adenoma surgery in order to improve the treatment for pituitary adenoma.Methods The clinical data of 305 patients receiving pituitary adenoma surgery in recent ten years were retrospectively summarized,and the occurrence and treatment of water and natrium metabolism turbulence were also statistically analyzed.Results Diabetes insipidus was found in 69 patients,which was controlled within one week in approximately half of patients.Among these, 90% patients recovered at three months after surgery.A total of 42 patients exhibited hyponatremia,and a majority of patients rehabilitated within one week.Conclusion Blood sodium and alteration of urine volume are detected daily after surgery,correct management was applied based on their variations,which is equally important to surgery itself,is also the key to obtain better efficacy.
