为描述性文字为主的病程记录附加标签,用以反映病程记录的主要内容和特点,是解决电子病案中针对病程记录检索的可行办法,这为充分发挥电子病案的价值,深入挖掘病程记录中的丰富信息,有着重要的意义。
Labels are added to progress note mainly based on descriptive writing,reflecting the main contents and characteristics,which is a feasible method for full text retrieval aimed at progress note in electronic medical records,thus,the value of electronic medical record is exerted adequately,and abundant information in progress note is also deeply exploited,the measures mentioned above have important significance.
