摘要
总结我院2005年-2009年实施电子病案出现的病案首页内容录入存在的问题,对问题出现的原因逐一分析,提出解决问题的可行性措施,为电子病案的进一步实施奠定基础,保证电子病案信息客观、准确、完整。
The problems existing in data input in the first page of electronic medical records were concluded,and causes for above problems were also analyzed in sequence to raise feasible measures,which laid foundation for further implementation of electronic medical records,certifying objective,accurate and integrated information.
