中小型医院更换HIS系统的前期准备与体会

Initial Preparation and Experience for Replacement of HIS System in Small & Medium-Scaled Hospitals

目的完善中小型医院信息化建设,更换落后的HIS,为医院信息化建设打下良好基础。方法按医院的发展方向与需求,进行调研,合理选定HIS及硬件厂商,制定方案,实施网络布线与硬件投入,做好人员培训、数据维护、网络测试,制定严格的规章制度与完善的操作规范,全员统一思想、团结协作。结果新的HIS成功切换,提高了医院社会效益与经济效益,同时也增强了全员信息化意识与团队协作精神。结论更换HIS是一项复杂的工程,不仅要有计划有步骤的做好更换前的各项准备工作,而且要有院领导的对信息化建设的大力支持,以及全院员工的积极配合;建设有特色的信息化的医院是未来发展的目标。

Objective To replace backward HIS system in order to lay a good foundation for the informationalized construction of small and medium-scaled hospitals.Methods According to the development directions and demands for hospitals,it＇s necessary to investigate,rationally select HIS and hardware manufacturers,institute programs,execute network routing and hardware investment,do better training,data preservation,network test,establish strict rules and regulations and improved operating procedure,unify ideas of staff and strength solidarity and coordination.Results The new HIS system was replaced successfully,which improves the social and economic benefits of hospitals,also reinforced the informationalized awareness and team cooperation of staff.Conclusion Replacement of HIS system is a complex project,various initially preparations should conduct better with planning and procedures,with necessity of strong support for informationalized construction from leaders and active combination of staff.The construction of characteristic informationalized hospital is the goal in future.
