医院信息系统在主班护士处理医嘱中的应用

Application of Hospital Information Systems in Handling Medical Orders of Main Nurses

针对医师下达医嘱时有错误,而主班护士查堵漏洞可能疏忽的情况,采用医院信息系统(以下称HIS)设置病区医嘱安全检查功能,在医师下达医嘱的源头进行了医嘱安全检测。计算机系统审核医嘱提高了医嘱执行的安全程度,同时也提高了主班护士的工作质量和工作效率,减少了主班护士工作量和工作难度。

Mistake medical orders were sometimes given and stopped,which was neglected by main nurses probably,and inspection on safety of ward medical orders was conducted through hospital information system（HIS） for the above status,detecting the safety of medical orders from resource in giving and stopping medical records.Medical orders were verified with computer system,which not only enhanced the execution of medical records,but also improved the work quality and efficiency of main nurses,and the work load and work difficulty were also reduced.
