摘要
以AA肉鸡为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验1-3组,试验1-3组基础日粮中分别添加芝芪菌质多糖0.56、1.12和2.24 g.kg-1,研究芝芪菌质多糖对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及血清抗体水平和α-干扰素含量的影响。结果表明:试验2、3组全期平均增重和料肉比显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。各试验组在结合疫苗使用的情况下,35日龄新城疫抗体滴度试验1-3组比对照组分别提高23.0%、25.6%和15.4%;42日龄抗体滴度试验3组比对照组提高28.6%。血清α-干扰素含量试验组均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。芝芪菌质多糖能改善肉色和降低失水率。由此可见,芝芪菌质多糖能促进肉鸡生长,改善肉品质,有效提高肉鸡体免疫力。
The purpose of this paper was evaluate the effect of polysaccharides from Zhiqi fungal substance on their performance,meat quality,antibody level and α-IFN in AA Broilers.60 broilers were randomly assigned to four groups,and added polysaccharides 0.56,1.12 and 2.24 g·kg(-1) respectively on basic diet.Results showed that average gain and feed meat ratio of broilers had significant difference(P0.05) compared with control test.Antibody titer of ND-HI on Day 35 in test group was higher than inunune control by 23.0%,25.6% and 15.4% respectively.Hl antibody titers on Day 42 in 2.24 g·kg(-1) polysaccharides inereased by 28.6% over inunune control.α-IFN in trial group had significant difference(P0.05) compared with control test.Meat color increased and water loss decresaed when broilers were fed on basic diet supplemented with 100 mg·kg(-1) polysaccharides from Zhiqi fungal substance.Therefore,polysaccharides from Zhiqi fungal substance can stimulate the growth of AA broilers,and effectively improve their meat quality and body immunity.
