预聚物对UV喷墨油墨印刷质量的影响

Prepolymer's Effect on Printing Quality of UV-curable Inkjet Ink

为了探讨预聚物对UV喷墨油墨印刷质量的影响,采用Viajet100、6361-100、CN2302等3种超支化预聚物制备UV喷墨油墨,测试色浆及油墨样品的黏度、分散性、表面张力等性能参数,以及样张的实地密度、光泽度、耐划伤性、附着力等印刷质量参数,研究预聚物对这些性能的影响。结果表明:预聚物对UV喷墨油墨的固化性能具有显著影响,对油墨印刷固化后的成膜性能影响较大。

With the aim to study the effect of prepolymer on printing quality of UV-curable inkjet ink,three kinds of hyperbranched polymers were used to prepare UV-curable inkjet ink.The performance parameters of paste and ink such as viscosity,particle size distribution,and surface tension,were tested and compared,so as to printing quality parameters,for example,density,gloss,scratching resistance,and adhesion.The result indacates that prepolymer has significant influence on the speed of UV-curable inkjet ink and the ink film properties.
