摘要
为了对带有纵横加强筋板的滚筒挠度进行理论分析,用Pro/E建立了滚筒有限元模型。结合简化的简支梁模型,以滚筒几何轴的挠度和滚筒壁厚的计算为依据,对模型进行参数化设置。通过分析影响挠度的主要参数,结合厂家现有的生产工艺,提出滚筒结构优化的方案。使用参数化模型对修改前后的模型进行动态性能分析,验证滚筒频率和振型。
An finite element model is established by using Pro/E to theoretically analyze the bending of the cylinder with crisscross stiffener boards in the thesis.Combining the simplified strutbeam model and basing the bending of the cylinder geometry-axis and the calculation for the cylinder wall,some parameters in the model are set up.Through analyzing the main parameters effect on the bending and according to the current production technology,an plan optimizing the cylinder structure is put forward.Parametric model can revise the dynamic performance,and validate roller frequency and vibration model.
