铸造核桩和自攻螺纹桩在前牙桩冠修复中的应用

摘要 目的:观察铸造核桩和自攻螺纹桩在前牙桩冠修复中的应用。方法:38例桩冠的修复患者,采用自攻螺纹桩结合光固化复合树脂作为桩核的前牙烤瓷全冠12例,采用铸造金属核桩的前牙烤瓷全冠26例。结果:38例患者经过回访,非意外情况结果满意。结论:铸造核桩可以取代自攻螺纹桩在前牙烤瓷全冠修复中的应用。 Objective: Observe the application of casting pile and self-drilling screw nuclear pile in front teeth pile crown restoration. Methods: 38 cases of patients with coronary repair pile, self-drilling screw pile composite resin curing light with a pile of nuclear front teeth PFM crowns 12 patients, the whole cast metal nuclear pile front teeth PFM crowns 26 cases of all. Results: 38 cases were satisfactory results expect for the accident. Conclusion: Casting nuclear pile can replace self-drilling screw pile in the front teeth crowns application.
