摘要 目的:判断YDM- 1 牙科电子麻醉仪是否通过中枢发挥镇痛作用。方法:电刺激猫尖牙和下牙槽神经干,观察二腹肌肌电的变化。结果:YDM- 1 牙科电子麻醉仪可以同时抑制电刺激牙齿和下牙槽神经干诱发的二腹肌肌电的电位。结论:YDM-1 牙科电子麻醉仪可以通过中枢发挥镇痛作用。 Aim: To determine whether or not YDM-1 electronic dental anesthesic apparatus has the central analgesic effect. Methods: The homolateral canine and the inferior alveolar nerves were stimulated with electronic apparatus, and the changes of the electromyography (EMG) of the cat digastric muscles were observed. Results: YDM-1 electronic dental anesthesic apparatus inhibited the electric potential of digastric muscles induced by the electric stimuli of the teeth and the inferior alveolar nerves. Conclusions: YDM-1 electric dental anesthesic apparatus plays a role of the central analgesia.
