健康促进干预对门诊高血压患者依从性的影响

Health promotion intervention on hypertension outpatients adherence influence

目的:了解健康促进干预对门诊高血压患者依从性的影响。方法:将门诊80例高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组实施健康促进干预,门诊复诊时进行问卷调查。结果:实验组的门诊高血压患者的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对门诊高血压患者实施健康促进干预可提高高血压患者的依从性。

Objective： To know the health promotion intervention on hypertension outpatients adherence influence.Methods： The outpatient 80 hypertension patients were randomly divided into group and control group,implementation of health promotion intervention on the experiment group,and questionnaires were given during return visit.Results： The clinic hypertension patient compliance is obviously higher than that in control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion： The outpatient hypertension intervention can improve hypertension patient compliance.
