HPLC法测定丹参胶囊中丹参素钠和原儿茶醛含量

Determination of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde inDanshen Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立用HPLC法同时测定丹参胶囊中丹参素钠和原儿茶醛含量的检测方法。方法:研究丹参胶囊中丹参素钠和原儿茶醛的含量检测方法。ODS为固定相;甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相;检测波长280nm。结果:丹参素钠在0.0499～0.4990mg.ml-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.34%(RSD=1.34%);原儿茶醛在0.0118～0.1180mg.ml-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.25%(RSD=1.39%)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,重现性好,可以用于控制丹参胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Capsules.Methods： Study on determination method of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Capsules.Stationary phase was ODS;mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution（17∶83）;UV detection wavelength was 280nm.Results： The linear ranges of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were 0.0499～0.4990mg·ml-1 and 0.0118～0.1180mg·ml-1,respectively;the correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9999,respectively;the average recoveries were 99.34%（RSD=1.734%） and 99.25%（RSD=1.39%）,respectively.Conclusion： The method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It was suitable for the determination of tanshinol sodium and protocatechualdehyde in Danshen Capsules.
