摘要
针对趋近率变结构控制应用于永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制系统存在的实际问题,设计了一种新型的趋近率滑模控制器。该方法有别于传统的趋近率控制,对其中的指数项采用加权积分增益,既消除了一般趋近率滑动阶段抖动切换增益严重的情况,又解决了变指数趋近率中起动阶段切换增益比较大的问题。仿真和试验均证明了该方案对系统参数不确定、外部扰动和噪声具有强鲁棒性,系统的动、静态品质优良,滑模变结构的抖振也得到了明显抑制,所设计的滑模控制方案是可行和优越的。
A new type of sliding mode variable structure control of the practical problems of sliding mode varia-ble structure control applied to permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) vector control system was designed.This way it differed from traditional control,adopted approach of weighted integral gain.This not only could elimina-tion jitter and switching gain of sliding mode variable structure control,but also could decrease the problem of switc-hing gain in startup phase of exponential approach law.Simulation and experiments showed that this scheme of sys-tem parameter uncertainties and external disturbance and noise had strong robustness,the dynamic,static quality and the chattering of sliding mode had also been inhibited.The design of control scheme was feasible and forming advan-tages.
