尿微量清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白及尿酸检测对糖尿病早期肾小球损害的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及尿酸(UA)检测对DM早期肾小球损害的意义。方法使用仪器法对86例DM尿蛋白定性检查阴性患者和96例健康对照者的尿mAlb、HbA1c及UA进行检测。结果 DM组尿mAlb、HbA1c及UA均较健康对照组高(P<0.01)。结论常规检测尿mAlb、HbA1c对DM早期肾小球损害等病情预测和早期诊治有重要意义。UA增高与DM密切相关,但其对DM早期肾小球损害是否有早期预测的价值,还有待进一步观察。 Objective To investigate the significance of urine microalburninuria (mAlb),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC) and uric acid (UA) detection of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) on early glomerular injury in DM. Methods The levels of urine mAlb, HbAIC and UA in 86 cases of DM patients with negative results of qualitation detection of urine protein and 96 cases of healthy controls were detected by using instrument method. Results The levels of urine mAlb, HbAIC and UA in patients with diabetes mellitus were higher than those in healthy controls (P〈0.01). Conclusion Routine tests of urine mAlb and HbAlC are important for the prediction and early diagnosis and treatment of patients with early glomerular injury in DM. The increase of UA is closely related with DM,but further observation should be performed to identify whether it is useful for early prediction of early glomerular injury in DM.
