摘要 目的探讨SYSMEXXS-800i血细胞分析仪检测儿童手指血与静脉血标本所显示IP(警示)信息的差异性及临床价值。方法使用SYSMEXXS-800i血液分析仪检测儿童手指血与静脉血标本,对有IP信息提示的标本,结合显微镜镜检结果对比分析。结果 SYSMEXXS-800i血细胞分析仪检测手指血标本的IP信息提示率明显高于静脉血标本,提示率分别为80、24。静脉血、手指血均有IP信息提示的标本,与显微镜镜检对比符合率达83.3,静脉血、手指血均无IP信息提示的标本,镜检对照符合率达100.0。结论手指血与静脉血标本对比,手指血标本检测结果的IP信息提示率明显增高,显微镜镜检对比也有一定不相符,这与标本采集中诸多影响因素有关,其实际临床意义不大。所以,对于儿童患者规范采集手指血进行血细胞分析是方便可行的。但欲取得满意的血细胞分析结果,则以静脉血标本检测最可靠。当仪器检测结果有异常细胞信息提示时,应结合临床综合分析,必须作涂片显微镜镜检。 Objective To study the difference and clinical value of IP information presented by SYSMEX XS-800i hematology analyzer,measuring children's finger and venous blood samples. Methods Samples of childrenCs finger and venous blood were detected'by SYSMEX XS-800i hematology analyzer. Samples with IP information were comparatively analyzed by combining microscope assay. Results The IP information appearance rate of finger blood samples was significant higher than venous blood sample, being 80 % and 24 % respectively, when all samples were tested by SYSMEX XS-800i hematology analyzer. The coincidence of sampies,with IP information clue on both venous blood and finger blood, to microscope assay reached 83.3%. Compared with microscope assay,the coincidence of samples without IP information clue on both venous blood and finger blood was 100%. Conclusion Compared with venous blood sample,the presenting rate of IP information in finger blood samples is significantly higher. Compared with the results of microscope assay, there are some certain disagreements of finger blood samples. The difference could be caused by many factors, influencing the collection of samples, but does not have remarkable clinical significance. It is convenient and available for children patients to analyze blood cells by collecting finger blood in accordance with standard. But,the venous blood sample is the most reliable for a satisfactory analysis of blood cells. Blood samples should be analyzed,combining with clinical manifestations, and be detected by using smear microscopy assay, when the device present abnormal cells information during the detection.
