摘要
现有的政府物资储备库存储的应急物资常常耗用较多的人力、物力,物资超过质量有效期报废也造成较大浪费。因此,采用政府与供应商签订采购储备协议,企业代为储备的方式来存储应急物资。通过分析供应商利润和政府成本的变化,建立应急物资采购定价模型,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过算例分析表明,该定价策略能使政府和企业达到双赢。
Existing government emergency material supply repositories often consume many human and material resources.In addition,supplies that are expired also lead to great waste and loss.Therefore,the government and suppliers can sign the procurement reserve agreement,which stimulates that enterprises store emergency supplies.By analyzing the changes of supplier profits and government costs,the paper aims at the establishment of emergency supplier procurement pricing model by referring to the genetic algorithms.The case study shows that the pricing strategy can help the government and enterprises to achieve a win-win situation.
