政治合法性与组织合法性理论比较研究

The Comparative Study of Political Legitimacy Theory and Organizational Legitimacy Theory

合法性(legitimacy)问题在政治科学和组织科学两大领域都得到了重要关注。虽然两类合法性可以共同追溯到古希腊哲学家对社会价值和规范的思辨起源,但从20世纪初马克斯.韦伯对于政治合法性进行系统论述之后,两者分别形成了各自的发展轨迹与学理架构。目前我国学术领域的实际情况是,政治合法性理论的引入和应用较为广泛,但组织合法性理论及应用在国内文献中很少出现。为此有必要通过比较两大合法性理论之间的异同,来进一步推动国内社会学和管理学领域理解和应用组织合法性理论分析范式。

Legitimacy theory receives many researchers＇ attention in the fields of political science and organizational science.Both of them came from the social value and norm in Greek philosophy.However,the two theories went down their independent ways from the time of Max Weber＇ theory related to political legitimacy at the beginning of last century,and then founded the political legitimacy theory（PLT） and organizational legitimacy theory（OLT） on their own.Now in China,there are much more PLT research in present literature and much less research about OLT.So it is important to compare the two theories and find the differences between them to help Chinese scholars to understand the theories and put them into use.
