基于就业的高职院校贫困生帮扶对策研究——以黎明职业大学为例

Research on the Strategies to help Poor Students of Vocational Colleges Based on the Employment——Take Liming Vocational Collage as an Example

本文立足高职贫困生的经济压办大、心理压力大、学习压力大、综合素质低和社会资本低五个特点，根据高职贫困生帮扶政策较为完善、贫困生自我帮扶不足的现状，从扶贫先扶志、发挥自强型贫困生的典范作用，教会贫困生算经济账，多渠道心理帮扶，职业生涯规划、重燃学习激情，提高综合素质、积累社会资本，加强就业指导与援助几个方面着手，力图构建一个以就业为导向的高职贫困生帮扶策略体系。

This paper bases itself on such five features of the poor higher vocational college students as their heavy family financial pressure, the psychological tension, the pressure of study, the lower comprehensive quality and the lower social capital. According to the actual fact that the policy to help poor higher vocational college students is relatively perfect while the poor students＇ self-helping is relatively insufficient, we have taken the following measures： to recover their mnbifion as the first step to help the poor students, to bring typical examples of self-improved poor students into play, to teach them to keep economic accounts, to help them in psychology through multi-channels, to help plan their future careers, to recover their passion of study, to increase their comprehensive quality, to help them to accumulate their social capital, to strengthen the guidance and aid for their employment. We attempt to build a strategic system based on the employment to help the poor students of the vocational colleges.
