摘要
采用RCM理论中最常用的FMECA方法,对上海轨道交通5号线列车车门系统进行量化的分析研究,在此基础上提出了部件的危害度状况以及相应的维修优化策略。实践证明该方法在轨道交通设施设备维修应用的可行性。
The FMECA method, a most commonly used approach in RCM theory, was used to make a quantitative analysis to the metro car door system of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 5. Based on the analysis, it gave out the component's damage conditions and corresponding optimal maintenance measures. The adoption of FMECA approach in the maintenance of rail transit facilities and equipment has been proved feasible in practice.
