摘要
"顶岗实习、置换培训"模式是教师教育职前培养和职后培训相结合的"双培"模式。文章从师资置换培训的角度阐述了高师教师在师资置换培训中应该增强"三个意识":责任意识、服务意识、科研意识。
＂The substitution internship and replacement training＂mode is a＂double-training＂mode of combining pre-job training with post-job training in teacher education.The thesis expounds normal college teachers should enhance＂three consciousness＂： responsibility awareness,service awareness,science research awareness in teacher replacement training from the perspective of teacher replacement training.
