加强对学生创新意识和创造能力的培养应放在教育工作的首位,这是我们教育工作者的共识。培养学生的创新意识和创造能力,引导他们勤于思考,大胆想象,首先应改变的是我们教师的教学方法。如果说教师是"导演",那么学生就应该是最重要的"主角",给学生一个创造的空间、一个创造的舞台,让他们畅所欲言,勇于思考,敢于创新。

It should be put on the first place to enhance the cultivation of students＇ innovative consciousness and creativity,which is the consensus of the educators.If we want to cultivate students＇ innovative consciousness and creativity,and guide them to think frequently and imagine boldly,we should change the teaching methods.If we consider the teacher as a director,the students must be the most important leading actor.We provide a space or stage of creation for student,and then they can say what they will,think freely and innovate courageously.
