疏血通注射液联合尿激酶溶栓治疗脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Research of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Shuxuetong Injection and Urokinase

目的观察疏血通注射液联合尿激酶溶栓治疗脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法将90例ACI患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。对照组予尿激酶溶栓治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分变化。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为88.89%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但治疗组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMA评分、ADL评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);且未发现明显不良反应。结论疏血通注射液联合尿激酶溶栓治疗脑梗死安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on cerebral infarction treated with shuxuetong injection and urokinase.Methods90 cases of cerebral infarction were randomized into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each one.In control group,the patients were treated with urokinase.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,shuxuetong injection was administered.The clinical efficacy and the changes in nerve function defect score before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate after treatment was 88.89% in treatment group,which was superior remarkably to control group（P0.05）.The nerve function defect score decreased remarkably after treatment as compared with that before treatment in either group（P0.01）,but the reducing extent in treatment group was superior to control group（P0.05）.FMA score and ADL score after treatment increased remarkably as compared with those before treatment in either group（P0.01）,but the improvements in treatment group were superior to control group（P0.05）.Additionally,no obvious adverse reaction was discovered.ConclusionShuxuetong injection combined with urokinase is safe and effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction and deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
