超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术62例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 62 Cases of Doppler-Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation

目的观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术的临床疗效。方法采用超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术62例作为治疗组,混合痔内切外扎术84例作为对照组,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗出血性痔病术后止血显效率95.2%,明显优于对照组;术后并发疼痛、水肿情况亦优于对照组。而治疗组痊愈率67.7%、脱垂显效率72.6%,疗效不及对照组。结论超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术满足了微创外科的要求,痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少,近期疗效较好,患者易于接受,适合基层开展,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal Artery ligation（DG-HAL）.Methods62 cases of DG-HAL were selected as treatment group,and 84 cases of internal dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids as control group.The efficacies were compared between two groups.ResultsThe effective rate of stopping bleeding for the post-operative hemorrhagic hemorrhoids in treatment group was 95.2%,which was superior obviously to control group.The post-operative pain and edema were less than those in control group.The curative rate was 67.7%,and the effective rate of protrusion was 72.6% in treatment group.The efficacy in treatment group was less than that in control group.ConclusionDG-HAL meets the requirements of minimal invasive surgery with less pain,quick recovery,less complications and good recent efficacy.It is easily accepted by the patients and suitable to be developed in grass-roots units and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
