摘要
作为一个新兴产业。创意产业的发展倍受关注。义乌创意产业在初期发展中尚存在着一些问题，针对这些问题。提出了义乌创意产业发展的策略：明确义乌政府在创意产业发展中的职能；发挥地方高校在创意产业发展中的作用；构建产业体系。优先发展5大重点领域；加快集聚步伐，形成空间集群化发展格局；强化辐射功能，达成个人、企业和政府的良性互动。
Based on the analysis of the problems of Yiwu creative industry, some stategies for the development of this emerging industry are put foth in the paper, sucha as to make clear the roles of Yiwu government in the creative industry; to exert the functions of local universities in the development of the industry; to build the industrial system giving priority to the develoment of 5 major focus areas; to speed up the gathering pace of the formation of space cluster development pattern; to enhance their radiation capabilities for the beneficial interactions between personal, business and government.
