摘要
“三练”式人才培养方案是针对目前高职人才培养过程中实践教学层面的缺失所进行的人才培养路径探索。它重点强调人才培养过程中“练”的环节,大力倡导实践教学,把“学用演练”、“就业训练”、“创业磨练”视为三种重要路径融入到人才培养的各个环节,从而实现高职人才培养过程中“工学结合”的实时化、深层次化和“校企合作”的双赢和全程化。
Three-P's personnel training plan is to explore a new personnel training path based on the lack of practical teaching during the present personnel training in higher vocational colleges. It emphasizes on the "practice" during personnel training, and promotes practical teaching vigorously, and puts the three Ps (study-application practice, employment practice and entrepreneurship practice) into each process of personnel training. Consequently, real-time and deep level of work-study combination, win-win and full process of college-enterprise cooperation can be realized during the personnel training.
