学员战斗精神培养的有效途径探析

Exploring effective solutions to cultivate cadets′ fighting spirit

大力加强部队战斗精神培养是中央军委胡锦涛主席军队建设思想的重要内容。军队院校是部队军事人才培养的基地,是部队建设的基础,也是部队战斗精神培养的起点。从就学员战斗精神培养的有效途径进行探析,认为院校学员战斗精神的培养必须把信念教育放在第一位,必须融入教学训练主渠道,必须遵循学员成长特殊规律的要求,必须注重发挥院校文化建设的独特优势。

Cultivating fighting spirit is the main content of army force building given by President HU.Military academies,as a base of cultivating military talents,plays an important role in army force building and fighting spirit cultivation.In order to cultivate fighting spirit successfully in military academies,the emphasis should be put on exploring an effective way to cultivate the cadets′ fighting spirit.This paper points out that it is significant to place the ideal and faith education in priority,to combine the fighting spirit with the main channel of teaching training,to follow the cadets′ special growth regularity,and to make full use of the advantages of the cultural construction of military academies.
