对接装部队培训模式发展的思考

Reflections on training mode of equiment-fetching troop

要实现新形势下部队接装培训的创新发展,应进一步完善培训体系,推动培训模式改革向纵深发展。为此,分析了新装备接装培训旧模式存在的差距与不足,提出了新装备培训的需求和发展建议。

In order to realize the innovative development of cultivable mode of equiment-fetching troop in the new situation, the system of training mode has to be improved to push the teaching reform for- ward. In this paper, the gap and shortage of the old training mode is analysed, and the requirement and suggestion of new equiment training is put forward as well.
