摘要
结合首届"海军军事三项赛"5 000米中长跑项目,指出团体训练模式优化军事体能训练、提高军事体能训练效果、增强官兵的身体素质,是进一步推动官兵在新时期战争环境下的作战能力之一。文中在"团体效应"特点和"团体训练"意义的基础上,论述了官兵在团体训练中提高身体素质和心理接受能力的方式,分析了训练时应把握的主要问题,供基层指挥员在组织体能训练时参考。
It is one of the effective means to enhance the combat ability of PLA under the war circumstance in the new period by analyzing the group training model via 5000m middle-long run item in the first naval military triathlon competition.Consequently,the effect of the military physical training and the physical fitness of the officers and soldiers are raised,the ways of improving the phycological acceptablility of officers and soldiers are discussed,and the main problems in the group training are analyzed.
