With the deepening of researching softpower theory,people get to know the function of military culture over advancing or restraining military combat power.Military cultural softpower is one manifestation of military cultural function.As a kind of ideaistic power,military cultural softpower exhibits itself through servicemen who take part in military practice.According to different acting objects,military cultural softpower consists of introversive power and external power.The function and status of military culture could become even more prominent factors with the advent of information-based war age.Thus it is necessary to strengthen our awareness and take action to advance our military soft power of Chinese culture.
