摘要
抱罐车是钢厂内部转运高温钢渣的无轨重载设备,其抱罐、翻罐过程,负载几乎全部施加于支腿上,因此设计具有足够强度、结构合理的支腿结构非常重要.通过研究抱罐车典型支腿结构,分析其优缺点,在此基础上设计1种改进结构,并建立受力模型,进行力学计算,结果表明该改进支腿力学性能明显提高,增强了抱罐车工作可靠性.
In general,the slag pot carrier,a trackless heavy-loading equipment,is used for internal transport of high-temperature slag in the steel firms.Due that the loading is almost exerted to the supporting legs,the design strength and structural feasibility are demanding.By analyzing the typical structures and relevant advantages and disadvantages,a structural redesign,together with loading models and mechanical calculations,is conducted.Accordingly,it is found that the mechanical performance of redesigned supporting leg is significantly improved with higher operational reliability.
