综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation on the efficacy of composite treatment for knee osteoarthitis

摘要 目的观察综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖组(A组)和综合采用依托芬那酯凝胶膝部外用、微波理疗、运动疗法配合口服氨基葡萄糖等方法治疗组(B组)。A组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,0.75g/次,2次/d,疗程6周;B组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,0.75g/次,2次/d,疗程6周,同时用依托芬那酯凝胶膝部外用,3次/d,疗程10d、膝部微波理疗,2次/d,疗程10d、运动疗法,2次/d,疗程2个月。结果治疗2周后A组优0例,良16例,优良率26.7%;B组60例优6例,良27例,优良率55.0%。随访3个月后A组优2例,良23例,优良率41.7%;B组优9例,良31例,优良率66.7%。结论综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效,疗效明显优于单纯口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖。 Objective To observe the efficacy of composite treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided randomly into two groups: the glucosamine hydrochloride group (group A) and the composite treatment group (group B). Patients in group A orally took glucosamine hydrochloride twice daily for 6 weeks, with 0.75g each time. Patients in group B were treated with the method of group A and used etofenamate gel 3 times a day for 10 days, underwent microwave therapy twice a day for 10 days, and kinesiotherapy twice a day fur 2 months. Results After 2 weeks, in group A, no patient reported excellent results, and 16 patients reported good results. The excellent and good rate was 26.7%. In group B, 6 patients reported excellent results, and 27 reported good results. The excellent and good rate was 55.0%. All patients were followed up for 3 months. 2 patients from group A reported excellent results, and 23 reported good results. The excellent and good rate was 41.7%. 9 patients from group B reported excellent results, and 31 reported good results. The excellent and good rate was 66.7%. Conclusions The composite treatment of glucosamine hydrochloride, etofenamate gel, microwave therapy and kinesiotherapy is safe and effective in treating osteoarthritis of the knee joint. It can relieve symptoms and improve joint functions. The efficacy of composite treatment is better than that of sole glucosamine hydrochloride.
