GPR54/kisspeptin在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤转移是一个复杂的过程,伴随着肿瘤细胞间黏附能力的下降,原发肿瘤癌细胞的脱落,对周围组织的侵袭,通过循环播散,在远隔器官的重新侵袭和增殖,给肿瘤的手术、放疗、化疗带来极大的困难,且与肿瘤患者预后密切相关.因此,抑制肿瘤细胞播散、转移的相关基因成为当前的研究热点.
