正交试验法优选田基黄中总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 采用单因素实验和正交试验法研究以乙醇作为溶剂提取田基黄中总黄酮的提取工艺,用紫外分光光度法测定田基黄中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,乙醇浓度为40%,提取温度为70℃,回流时间为2h,料液比为1:40为最佳提取工艺条件。该优化工艺稳定可行,对应用于生产有一定的指导意义。 Extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Hypericum japonicum thun using one factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were studied.When measured by UV spectrophot-ometry,the results showed that ethanol concentration was 40%,extraction temperature was 70℃,extraction time was 2h,and the liquid and solids ratio was 1:40.This optimization craft was stable feasible and had guiding significance in producing.
