133例艾滋病病人心电图改变的临床分析

Clinical analysis of electrocardiogram changes in 133 AIDS patients

目的分析艾滋病(AIDS)病人心电图的临床特征。方法对133例AIDS病人及100例健康体检者的常规心电图(ECG)进行对比分析。结果 AIDS病人心电图正常者67人,异常者66人。异常心电图中以心肌缺血、Q-T延长、窦性心动过速多见。健康体检者心电图正常者78例,异常者22例。异常心电图中以窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐、心肌缺血多见。结论艾滋病可使心脏受累,对已明确的AIDS病人应定期检查心电图。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of electrocardiogram in AIDS patients.Method One hundred and thirty three AIDS patients and 100 healthy individuals were selected for comparative analysis of their conventional ECG.Result Of the selcted AIDS patients,67 showed normal ECG and 66 showed abnormalitiess.The abnormal ECG was more common with myocardial ischemia,prolonged QT and sinus tachycardia.Of the healthy volunteers 78 cases were with normal ECG and 22 cases-with abnormal ECG.The sinus bradycardia,sinus arrhythmia,and myocardial ischemia were more common.Conclusion Heart functions are affected in AIDS patients and so regular ECG tests should be done in those who are confirmed as AIDS patients.
