摘要
目的 :建立大鼠慢性排斥反应动物模型。方法 :将 165只 Wister系和 SD系大鼠分为两组 ,即异系 ( SD- Wister)移植实验组 67只 ,同系 ( Wistar- Wistar)移植对照组 98只。采用腹主动脉移植的方法分别建立慢性排斥反应动物模型 ,观察术后 3、7、14、2 0、30及 60 d各时相点移植动脉病理及免疫组织化学的变化。结果 :大鼠腹主动脉移植后可健康存活超过 2个月 ,且移植结构及功能保持良好。结论 :选用大鼠大动脉移植作为慢性排斥反应简化模型是简便可行的 ;移植后的血管改变类似于人类慢性排斥反应移植体动脉硬化。
Purpose:To establish animal model of the chronic rejection in rat.Methods:165 rats were classfied into two groups,allograft group (SD Wistar) was 67 rats,the within strain control group (Wistar Wistar) was 98 rats.The establishment of model was used with aorta transplantation in rats.The pathological and immunohistochanges chemical of transplant aorta was observed on 3、7、14、20、30 and 60 days after transplantation.Results:In this study,the rats can survived over 2 months.The structure and function of transplant aorta remained in good condition.The animal model of chronic rejection can be established 60 days after aorta transplantation.Conclusions:It was feasible to use aorta transplantation as a simple chronic rejection model.The changes of transplant vascul was analogous to arteriosclerosis of chronic rejection in human.The two major factors of model establishment failure were hemorrhage and aneurysm.
