中国三版艾滋病检测技术工作规范的对比分析

Comparative analysis of the three editions of the national technical and working standards for AIDS testing

目的帮助艾滋病病毒(HIV)实验相关工作人员,迅速理解并贯彻新的《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2009年修订版)。方法通过对《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2009年修订版)、(2004年版)与《全国艾滋病检测工作规范》1997年9月版,以及《艾滋病检测质量管理工作指南》(1997年版)的技术部分的对比分析,归纳出三版规范的差别。结论新规范更符合目前技术和发展新的需求,同时进一步完善了艾滋病检测实验室的安全防护和质量管理,使其更加符合目前艾滋病防治工作的需求,更加具有可操作性。

Objective To help HIV-related laboratory staff quickly understand and implement the new ＂National Technical Standard for HIV/AIDS Testing ＂（2009 revised edition）.Method Variations were summarized by comparing three editions of the standards for HIV/AIDS testing,namely ＂the National Technical Standards for HIV/AIDS Testing（2009 revised edition and 2004 edition）＂,the National Working Standards for AIDS Testing（September 1997 Edition） and the ＂Guidelines for Quality Management of HIV Testing ＂（1997 edition）.Results The new edition of the standards for HIV/AIDS testing more closely meets current developing technological requirements and contributes to the improvement of safety protection and quality management in HIV/AIDS testing laboratories and so is more practical and operational.
