江西省妇联开展“面对面”艾滋病防治宣传活动的效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of the "face to face" AIDS related health education programs among women developed by the Jiangxi Provincial Women's Federation

目的评价江西省妇联在10个区(市)针对妇女,开展艾滋病防治"面对面"宣传教育活动项目的干预效果,为进一步开展妇女艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采用听取汇报、查阅文件、现场考察、访谈、现场调查等方式综合进行评价。结果随机抽取10个区的600名妇女进行问卷调查,10个项目市(区)艾滋病防治知识宣传的平均覆盖率为90.5%,妇女防艾知识平均知晓率为79.3%;15～49岁的妇女防艾知识知晓率为90.8%。多因素Logistic回归显示:就业状况和文化程度是艾滋病知识知晓率的主要影响因素。结论项目地区妇女的艾滋病知识知晓率明显提高,但仍有部分市(区)未达到覆盖率90%以上的要求,需针对人群特点,采取不同宣传干预方法及策略以提高效果。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of ＂face to face＂ AIDS prevention health education programs among women developed by the Provincial Women＇s Federation in 10 cities（districts） of Jiangxi,in order to further provide evidence for AIDS related health education.Method Fact briefing,document reviews,on-site visits and investigations,interviews and other approaches were applied to evaluate the efffectivenss of health education programs in a systematical way.Results A total of 600 woman residents were selected by random sampling for questionnaire survey,and the survey showed that the average coverage of health education programs in 10 cities（districts） reached 90.5%,the general awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 79.3%,and was up to 90.8% among women aged 15-49 years,and employment and education were the main impact factors.Conclusion The general awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among surveyed women in project areas was markedly improved,but several cities（districts） failed to meet the requirements for over 90% coverage To improve the effectiveness of health education programs interventions and strategies should be adapted to the specific features of the population.
