新型毒品与HIV/AIDS相关性研究进展

Recent advances in rresearch on rrelationship between aamphetamine-type sstimulants and HIV/AIDS

新型毒品刺激人的中枢神经系统,产生性兴奋,降低自我控制力,滥用者常有多性伴等不安全性行为,使艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率增加;新型毒品还通过降低人体机体免疫功能及疼痛的敏感性,增加HIV感染概率;新型毒品对HIV/艾滋病(AIDS)的临床表现、血清学检测结果及治疗反应等也有影响。此外,新型毒品具有暂时缓解HIV/AIDS引起的相关抑郁、疲劳和恐惧等作用,促使HIV感染者及AIDS病人更多使用新型毒品。总之,新型毒品与HIV/AIDS有着密切复杂的关系,新型毒品使用者HIV感染率明显高于一般人群。

Amphetamine-type stimulants can stimulate the central nervous system,and have a range of effects including sexual arousal,reduced self control,loss of inhibitions,enhanced sexual encounters and other unsafe sexual behavior,and may increase the risk of HIV infection;.Amphetamine-type stimulants can also reduce the user＇s immune function and pain sensitivity,and increase the HIV infection risk;Amphetamine-type stimulants have effects on the HIV/AIDS clinical manifestations,serologic test results and treatment response.In addition,the use of new drugs can temporarily alleviate the HIV/AIDS related depression,fatigue and fear,so HIV/AIDS patients increased the abuse of amphetamine-type stimulants.In short,amphetamine-type stimulants and HIV/AIDS have a close and ccomplex relationship.HIV prevalence among club drug users was significantly higher than in the normal population.
