电灼术中联合5-Fu注射治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Electrocautery Treatment of Verruca Acuminata at Neutus Urinarius Conbined with 5-fluorouracil

目的：观察电灼术局麻中加用5-Fu治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：将53例尿道口尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组。治疗组27例，在利多卡因中加用5-氟尿嘧啶局部麻醉后电灼去除尿道口尖锐湿疣；对照组26例单纯使用利多卡因局麻后电灼治疗。结果：53例全部完成治疗并6个月随访，治疗组和对照组一次性治愈率分别为92．6％和65．4％，复发率分别为7．4％和34．6％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：电灼术中加用5-Fu治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣可明显减少复发，疗效确切，临床值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of the electrocautery treatment of verruca acuminata at neutus urinarius combined with 5-fluorouracil. Methods：53 patients with verruca acuminata at neutus urinarius were divided into two groups at random. 27 patients in treatment group received electrocautery treatment after local anesthesia with lidocaine and 5-fluorouracit while 26 patients in control group received electrocautery treatment after local anesthesia with Lidocaine only. Results： All 53 patients finished treatment and were followed up for 6 months. The cure rate of treatment group was 92.6%, while the cure rate of control group was 65.4%. The relapse rate of treatment group and control group were 7.4% and 4.6% respectively. There was a significant difference between these two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The result suggests the electrocautery treatment of verruca acuminata at neutus urinarius combined with 5-fluorouracil can remarkably decrease the relapse rate.
