口服抗肿瘤药应用分析

Analysis on the Utilization of Oral Antitumor Drugs

目的:了解北京市丰台医院2008—2009年口服抗肿瘤药应用情况及变化趋势,为临床抗肿瘤药的合理使用提供参考。方法:调查我院2008—2009年口服抗肿瘤药的发药量和发生金额,采用药品用药频度(DDDs)排序分析方法计算药品DDDs和日用药金额。结果:2008—2009年我院口服抗肿瘤药用药平稳上升。结论:我院目前口服抗肿瘤药的DDDs同步性好,用药现状基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势,采购合理,疗效确切,深受临床医生和患者欢迎。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo and the variation trend of the utilization of oral antitumor drugs in Beijing Fengtai Hospital during the period 2008-2009 to provide references for clinical rational utilization of antitumor drugs.METHODS： The consumption quantity and consumption sum of oral antitumor drugs between 2008 and 2009 in our hospital were investigated,and the DDDs and daily consumption sum were computed by using the analytical method of DDDs rank.RESULTS： The consumption of oral antitumor drugs in our hospital during 2008-2009 showed a steady increase.CONCLUSION： The oral antitumor drugs used in our hospital showed a good synchronism in DDDs and the utilization status of which was in line the general trend of drug consumption in China.With reasonable purchase and proved efficacy,which are warmly welcomed by both clinicians and patients.
