兰草消炎洗液配伍保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Lancao Anti-inflammatory Lotion Combined with Baofukang Suppository for Senile Vaginitis

目的:观察应用兰草消炎洗液坐浴配伍保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将98例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为实验组及对照组,分别应用兰草消炎洗液坐浴配伍保妇康栓外用、清水坐浴配伍保妇康栓外用。结果:经过7 d的治疗,实验组治愈率为96.4%,对照组治愈率为73.8%,两组治愈率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。复发率分别为1.8%、21.4%,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:兰草消炎洗液配伍保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎,在抗菌消炎同时,调节阴道内环境,提高阴道黏膜抵抗力,疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the curative efficacy of Lancao（fragrant thoroughwort） anti-inflammatory lotion combined with Baofukang suppository for senile vaginitis.METHODS：98 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly assigned to receive either Lancao anti-inflammatory lotion（hip bath） combined with Baofukang suppository for external use（trial group） or hip bath with clear water combined with Baofukang suppository for external use（control group）.RESULTS： After treatment of 7 days,the cure rate was 96.4% in the trial group as compared with 73.8% in the control group,showing statistical differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.The recurrence rate Clinical Efficacy of Lancao Anti-inflammatory Lotion Combined with Baofukang Suppositoryfor Senile Vaginitiswas 1.8%in the trial group vs.21.4%in the control group,showing statistical differences between the two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Lancao anti-inflammatory lotion combined with Baofukang suppository is remarkable incurative efficacy for senile vaginitis for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action as well as its ability in regulating endovaginal environment and improving the resistance of vaginal mucosa.
