Analysis of 2634 Narcotic Prescriptions

目的:分析某院麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:以该院2 634张麻醉处方为依据,对麻醉药品的不同品种、不同的诊断、不同的处方错误类型的统计与分析。结果:该院麻醉药品的使用处方不合格率较高,哌替啶及吗啡在适宜性上存在问题;布桂嗪的用药不适宜处方集中在适应证上;磷酸可待因在用法、用量上存在部分问题。结论:该院麻醉药品存在部分不合理用药,应加强对这方面的培训及管理。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in a hospital for clinical reference of rational use of this kind of drugs.METHODS：A total of 2634 narcotic prescriptions in this hospital were reviewed for statistical analysis of the varieties of narcotic drugs,diagnosis and the types of prescription errors.RESULTS：The disqualification rate of narcotic prescriptions was on the high side.The use of pethidine and morphine were inappropriate in suitability;the use of bucinnazine was improper in indication,and the use of codeine phosphate was improper in dosage and administration.CONCLUSION：The use of some of the narcotic drugs in this hospital is irrational,thus,it is important to tighten staff training and management on the rational use of narcotics.
