摘要
目的:总结儿科抗菌药物治疗中临床药师实施药学监护的经验。方法:临床药师参与儿科查房、儿科疾病治疗,在抗菌药物的选择、治疗方案的设计、实施中运用药学专长为医护人员和患儿服务,并把药学监护与药物不良反应监测工作结合在一起。结果:通过实施药学监护,临床药师正逐步成为儿科抗菌药物治疗团队中重要的一员。结论:儿科临床药师在抗菌药物治疗中能够运用专业所长,加强药物的安全、合理使用,提高用药水平。
OBJECTIVE：To summarize the experiences of clinical pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care for pediatric patients receiving antibiotics.METHODS： Clinical pharmacists participated in the pediatric ward rounds and treatment of pediatric diseases,applied their professorial knowledge to provide service for both medical care personnel and pediatric patients in the choice of antibiotics,design and operation of treatment scheme,and combined pharmaceutical care with ADR（adverse drug reaction） monitoring in clinical practice.RESULTS： Through carrying out pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists have become the most important members in the pediatric antibiotic treatment team.CONCLUSION： The pediatric clinical pharmacists can make use of their expertise in the antibiotic treatment to enhance safe and rational drug use and improve the level of rational drug use.
